NEW Part-Time Job

I started new job before summer vacation. I worked at 7-11 in Tamana, but I quit and I found new job at Kumamoto city. There are all boys and I am only one girl at the work. I didn't know about it in the first time, but we became friends. I thank to owner that he hired me to work.(62/127words)

One day, Fred tells Dog, "I'm going to the beach to cool down so you guys stay here and look after the farm", and leaves. The animals are jealous of him so they decide to get out farm and go to somewhere for cool down. They find trees. They across the farmyard, past the hayshed, past the tractor, up the hill, and up to the trees. But Cheep says, "It is not cool here, so shall we go on?" They go on and on, finally they find a stream. Pig can't swim well but other animals help her. They cool down and back to the farm.


I think the farmer Fred should take them to the beach because it is hot so they might be die. When Pig went under in the stream, other animals helped her. It is beautiful thing and it moved my mind. I didn't know the cheep can swim. (189/7886words)

She lies him, "my tooth is loose!", but Arthur knows it is not truth and he says, "no you didn't, you are too young to lose teeth." "Not fair!", says D.W. One day's evening, Arthur comes back to home and hears that house was very noisy, like slam! Slam! SLAM!! and he goes D.W.'s door and he says, "what are you doing?", and she answers, "pulling out my loose tooth." Of course he stops her. But that night D.W. says, "mom, my tooth needs to be pulled out because I have a toothache." At the time Arthur says, "no, mom. she's making it up", but she says, "am not!" But their mother says, "o.k. guys, let me talk. If her tooth still hurts tomorrow, we'll visit the dentist on our way to the museum." Next day, they go to the dentist, but the doctor says, "her tooth are perfect, I don't think the Tooth Fairy will visit you for a year or two." But she can't stop to think about teeth and she gets an cool idea. She buys a shark's tooth at the museum shop. She put it under the her pillow and Arthur knows about it because she tells him but he decides that and he takes out the teeth and put a dollar near her pillow that night, of course during she is sleeping. The next morning, she runs and jumps around and says, "look! Look what the Tooth Fairy left me!", and sings, "I tricked the Tooth Fairy! I tricked the Tooth Fairy!" She looks so happy, and her smile makes Aurthur happy too.


In this story's truth is Aurthur tricks D.W., but who put a dollar under the his pillow? That is the question of me. I can't understand. But I like him because he is a nice brother of D.W. Don't you think so? (423/7697words)

In this story, there are two of aliens, Buzz and Zip. They are heading home to planet Zero.
Zip was driving long time but he wants to change to Buzz. Buzz doesn't to drive because he is "a terrible driver." But Zip teaches Buzz how to drive and he tries to do it. However, when he sat down the computer suddenly lit up and it says, "warning! Black Hole!" Buzz waves his arms around and he says, "what am I going to do?" He screams. But Buzz crashes onto the floor. After a while, he picks himself up off the floor and looked out the window. And there are skeletons and they scared him. He runs away from them and helped. When Buzz drive to safety place, Zip wakes up and come to him. Zip asks Buzz, "what's going on?", and Buzz says, "nothing, doing good."

First of this story, Buzz was coward, but he changes mind and challenges. I think he did nice try and cool. I should not be coward to anything like him. (188/7274words)

As you know, "Pinocchio" is a puppet in the first time of the story, but he becomes a real boy in the end of the story. "Pinocchio" is funny, amusing, and comical. However this story is not only good scenes.

In this story of first, "Pinocchio" is just a wood, but the wood talks to the old men, who is a woodcraft, "I don't get hurt," says Pinocchio. So the old man changed the wood to a puppet.
The man lets Pinocchio to study and let him go to the school but Pinocchio doesn't go to school and goes to somewhere. He walks far away and there are fox and cat. They lie to Pinocchio. He is deceived by them. However he knows that the fox and the cat are bad so he runs far away again. At the far away place, someone helps him. But one thing happens, and he drops down into the sea. He is eaten by the shark. However, he meets old man who made Pinocchio. They try to go out and it successes. End of the story, the fairy comes to Pinocchio's home and makes him a person, means real boy.


I loved to read this book. I like the old man who made Pinocchio. He is really gentle to Pinocchio anytime. There are a lot books and stories of Pinocchio, so I don't know which is the real and which is not real. I didn't like Pinocchio first time because he runs away from old man, but when Pinocchio lies and his nose be long, it is so funny. I like this idea. I would like to watch this story's movie sometime. (292/7086words)

In August, means in summer vocation, "they are staying at their grandmother's house in Brighton." One day, Billy looks his biccycl and he says, "My bicycle is too old, I need a new one, but I don't have any money for getting new one. How is possible to get a new bicycle? New bikes are so expensive for me." "It is all right for you, I have not got a bike at all", says Rox. At the time, "Tea!" says their grandmother, opens the back door. Billy consults to his Gran, "how can I make a lot of money, do you know?", he says. And Gran says, "why do you want to get some? What do you need to?", "'cause I want to buy a new bicycle!", he says. Gran thinks a few time and she says, "I have an idea." She shows to him the newspapers, 'Palace', and she says, "there's a competition here and the first prize is £500." Rox surprises and says, "we can buy two of bikes!" The papers' report says, "take a picture of you and the Queen, and then send us!" So Billy and Rox decide to go to take a picture with the Queen.
Taking the picture is not so easy to them. By the way, they try and try, and then, they can take a picture with her, and get bicycle two of them.


I read this book, and I thought that if i were Billy or Rox, I might buy not bike but other stuff. I don't know how much £1 is, but £500 are expensive, possible. How lucky boy and girl. I'm jealous of them very much.(334/6794words)

In thins Summer vacation, I want to try many a lot of things. first, I want to go to the camp with my circle group. every year, my circle's member plan the camp, and the sophomore have to plan their self every year. in this year, I am a sophomore so my members and I will plan early.
I want to have a part-time job. I have one, 7-11, in Tamana, but I would like to have one more job. because of I need to save a lot of money for circle activities or shopping. i want to find at Kumamoto city.
last I want to try to study hard in this summer. I was too lazy in this trimester, so I want to be a good student next trimester.

My Habits

Everyone has habits. Also I have some morning and evening habits too.
First, when I have a part-time job in the morning, I have to get up at 4:45. Because of I like to take a shower in the morning, so I need to get up early. Next the taking a shower, I take 20 minutes for makeup my face, this is my morning habit.
Before I go to the bed, I wash my face for taking off the makeup and wash my teeth. After that, I call or e-mail to my friends and set an alarm clock every night.
Do you, guys, eat breakfast every morning? I do not eat breakfast from I became a student of college because I just don't have any time for eating. However, people need to eat and it is important, so I have to take one every morning. I know that, but I can't. I have to change that habit, I really think so.
Last my habit is greeting. In Japan, we usually say the greeting before and after the meals every times. It is Japanese, or Buddhists', habit. We say, 'Itadaki masu', and 'Gochisou sama deshita'. 'Itadaki masu' means, 'thank you to everything'. We, Buddhists, think that we have to thank to everything, like for animals, meaning meats, or vegetables' and rice's makers, or more other staff. End of the meal, we say 'Gochisou sama deshita', and it means, 'I really enjoy the meal, thank you'.
Do you think this Japanese habit is wonderful? I really think so. This is Japanese great culture. (267/6460words)

Speaking Presentation

Result Would be Good

I went to Tamana Girls’ High School, but I didn’t want to go that school fast time.
In Japan’s case, most high schools need to pass the big tests for attending to go to the schools. Of course, prefectural schools’ tests are very difficult but I wanted to go to the school, so I took one of the school’s tests. However, I didn’t make it. Other students, who were same junior high school with me, passed the school but I couldn’t pass it, just only me. I was very sad and crying very much. I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t want to go home. I was disappointed by myself. My parents were very sad but mad at me and talked about the reason why I didn’t pass it. However I needed to go to high school so I decided to go to the private school. The day, I knew that I didn’t pass, was the worst day in my life.
By the way, I changed my mine and I should forget about the prefectural school and do my best at the Tamana Girls’ High School. The school has a sister school with Clarinda High school which in Iowa State, the U.S.A., and I wanted to try to go there as an exchange student. I studied very hard to be that and I passed to be this time. I was very happy. I got wonderful memories, time, and a lot of friends at Clarinda.
I couldn’t go to school where I wanted to go first time, but I really think that I am happy because I went to the school and went to the U.S.A. I didn’t regret that didn’t pass the other school. I really think so. (303/6027words)

Found New Me

I really like to draw or paint pictures. When I was an elementary school student, I drew a lot of pictures and contests’ examiner selected my pictures sometimes. However, there were some people who were much better than me so I was not easily elated, and I was just like to do it very much.
I went to the U.S.A. for 10 months as an exchange student. My high school, Tamana Girls’ High School, has a school with Clarinda High School, Iowa, which is country state and there is heart in the U.S.A. At the school, I met a Lady who teaches Art in Clarinda High School. She was an interesting person, very nice, kind to me, and so fun. I loved to take her classes and I took every semesters. Her arts were fantastic and I attracted by her art. She taught me seriously, kindly, and interesting. I was a foreign student to her and teaching me was very different to her, I think, but she was very nice to me so I really thank to her. In Fall Semester, she asked me that “don’t want to go to the contest and let’s show your pictures?” I was very surprised because I didn’t guess that she wanted me to do that. I painted 2 pictures; sunflower and self-portrait, and they were popular during my friends. I liked my pictures too, so I decided to exhibit in the exhibition. We went to far away like 4 hours by school bus, and the contest opened at the huge high school. There were a lot of students and lots of works. I was surprised but scared that if people will think that mine’s really bad. Also there were so many of wonderful works and their art moved me. However in the contest, I got a ribbon; in that contest, people who are students, might be given on their art by other students. I was very excited, happy and impressed with that. I was glad to go to that, and I could have the confidence from it. My parents were happy too and they display on the wall in my home, Japan. I can’t forget the happened, I will not do that forever.
Finally, I was glad that the teacher said to me, “you were good arties and you should keep up to do painting in Japan.” You will be a nice arties.” It might be a compliment, but it made me happy. This story is my memorable day in my life. (429/5723words)

In my Speaking class, we learned interesting things which were about blood type and sign.
The books, manual the boold type, are popular now. My blood type is A, and the boold type's people are goofy, worry about valuation of surroundings, and tidy. I think these are right.
Also my sign is Gemini. The Gemini's characteristic are "bright and quick-witted", "not lazy", but the person "will do many different things at once". Also the person, who is Gemini, "do enjoy making use of your intellectual talent, at work or play. Also have a creative streak or an interest in the arts. My Best Friend

I have a lot of friends and it means I am happy person.
In my Speaking class, we talked about our friends. I told to people about my best friends, Akemi and Megumi. We met at junior high school. We didn't talk a lot in the school like now. I was in basketball team, and they were in badminton team. However, I was in Tamana Girls' High School, and Megumi was there too, so we began to talk a lot. Akemi was in Tamana High School and she had a work and go to school in night. Akemi and I were just friend during we were in junior high school, but we started to hang out all the time. Akemi, Megumi, and I hang out and go to somewhere all the time. We are always together. We talk everything each other, do something together, mad, cry, and sing, always together. Now, we are Great Best Friends.


In Kumamoto Gakuen University, my lovely best friend is Kana N. Her student's number is next by me, so we started to talk and hang out all the time. Our school schedule is almost same, it mean we are always together, expect Speaking class. We like to eat, ice-cream, meats, or... Foods! Lol. Also we like driving around and go shopping.

I got a lot of wonderful friends and I think it is so great thing to me. I am very shy girl but they are very kind to me. I don't want to lose them and I will keep in touch. (262/5138words)

My Lovely Family

In Speaking class, we talked about our family. I interviewed to Suzuka, and she told me about her aunt and mother. Her aunt has a long hair and she is tall. She has big eyes, so I think she looks like beautiful like fashion model, but she is a nurse. Addition, she has 3 children. She lives in Fukuoka and her husband is cellular phone shop clerk. Also Shizuka talked about her mother too. Her mother is slim or slender. She has black hair, but her skin is white. Shizuka's mother is dentist, and she works at Nishikawa Dental Clinic. She has 2 children. Addition, I surprised that her mother is 45 years old! She is so younger than my mother. I'm jealous of her age. Also Shizuka told me that her mother is powerful.
Second, I talked to Hikkari and Hiromi. Hikari told me about her cousin. Her cousin is taller than her and she is very slender. She is very shy. Next, I talked with Hiromi about her aunt. Hiromi's aunt has black hair. She is merry. Also Hiromi's aunt is very kind, gentle, and beautiful. She is broud-mind.


I have a lot of uncles, aunts, and cousins. It just because of my grandmother. She has 5 children and they got lots of kids too. I love my relatives. I have 2 of nieces and 2 nephews. My lovely nephew, Ryuma is just 3 years old. He talks a lot to me but sometimes he becomes shy. He doesn't like people who met 1st time. He loves toys of cars. I like to play with him. Mostly I like his sleeping face. It makes me relax and feeling happy.

I have 5 people in my family. There are my father, mother, grandmother, younger brother, and me. My father, Takashi, loves to watch baseball games. He is my good understanding. He is very kind to me. My mother, Setsu, is good at cooking. I like her cooking and she cooks Japanese foods all the time. She likes watch comedy very much. My lovely brother, Shogo, is younger than me. He is 17 years old now and he is 11Th grades in Tamana Technical High School. He is in baseball team and he plays everyday. He is 17 right now, but he loves to watch hero's' programs. He watch it every Sunday morning. I love my grandmother, Hisako. She is in hospital now. She is going to be 89 years old in this September. I am worry about her all the time.

All the Time!

I go to Karaoke all the time. I love to sing songs very much.
A few year ago I didn't like to sing in public, meaning with other people like friends. It just because I sing very bad and I don't want people here my singing. However my friends Love to go to Karaoke and sing songs lots so I used to go there with them.
Someday, my friends told me, "don't be shy and just enjoy! If you don't sing, it is very waste and too bored. Just singing and don't think anything, okay?". The words were very fresh for me and it made me want to sing.
I love to listen to music so I sing alone in my room. I though my singing is very bad but I decided that don't care about it.
Now I like to go Karaoke very much and I go to there 3 a week. I can spend wonderful time at the time. Also I like to listen my friends singing. I want to be a good singer someday.
oh yea, I am dreaming that someday I can sing American songs in English. I tried to sing "Girlfriend" or "Beautiful Girl", but these are very fast to sing for me, so I do practice sometimes. I want to sing the songs clearly, cool, and perfectly in my future.(232/4429words)

My Lots of Plans for Summer

In this my Summer Vacation, I have a lot of plans. I don't think I can make it absolutely, but I want to try lots of things in this summer. Now I'll introduce my plans.
First, I want to have 2 of part-time jobs. I have one job that I work at 7-11 now, which is convenience store. I started to work at there from a year ago, but the pay for my working is very cheap, like 630 yen in an hour. Don't you think it is too cheap? It cannot help it, because I live in Tamana, which is very country, and the convenience store is there, so I want to find other work at Kumamoto city. That's meaning I will have 2 jobs. Why I want to have 2 of part-time job? Because I need some money for group activities and I want to trip to Shizuoka.
Second I want to try thing is 'going to camp' with my friends. I like to play at clear, cool, beautiful river, so I really want to go. I like to spend time with my good friends and want to go many places. I talk to Kana, who is my best friend, that "let's go there", or "let's go to eat that". However we are very poor now, so we should grant our wishes.
Third, I want to have a licence for riding a motorcycle. I don't have any licence, can't drive a car, can't ride a bike. It is very boring, don't you think so? That's why I want to get it. However the getting a licence for driving a car, I need lots of money for it and I don't want my parents pay for it so I want to pay by myself, but now I do not have enough money so I will save for it. Also I really want to ride the bike so I hope I can get the licence in this summer. If I can get it, it would be so nice.
We have one month and half for summer vacation, so we can try to do many thing. Let's enjoy and make a lot of GRATE memories in this summer. Have a nice vacation:)(387/4197words)

Bloggind is Good for Me

I have a blog and it is called 'the Lazy Girl's Diary'. I have never tried to do this so I couldn't understand in the first time, but now I got better.
I like to watch my friends' blogs because I can know what they did the day and I like to see some pictures. Also I can learn English from their blogs. It made me grow up, mean using better English.
I type very slow, so making blog is good practice to use the computer.
I was very scared because someone, who I don't know that person, see my blog and if the someone find my mistakes, it is ashamed. However, now I think it is very good thing because I can fix it and learn correct one.
Now, I think one thing that I want you know what I am thinking. However I need to learn English harder than now so I need your help. If you fine some my mistakes, please tell me and teach me what it is mistake and why I made the mistakes.

My Drear

Hi, guys. How are you doing? I haven't up any post until long time ago. However, today I am going to talk about my cell phone, 'keitai'.
I have a cell phone, and I love the phone very much. It looks like pink, small, but there are some scratches so looks like very older than other cell phones.
I bought that one when I was 18 years old. I had a part-time job and I saved money for buying it. My friends got cell phone from their parents but I got it by myself.
In my cell phone’s memory card, there are a lot of pictures, mails, and songs. The pictures are very important to me because they are my good memories. I will not remove them because I don't want to forget the memories.
My cell phone is kind of old one. It cannot watch TV. However I am satisfied with mine.
I like to call someone very much. I call to my friends everyday. That's why my bill is not cheap all the time. I pay for my phone,so my parents don't say anything to me, but sometimes my bill is very expensive so they help me. I appreciate it to them.
My best friend, Kana's weak point is waking up the morning so I wake her up almost every morning. I know that it is meddle in waking her but I don't want her miss any classes so I do that day by day.

Using the Computer

I use the computer every night. I like to listen music so I do download some music and listen. Sometimes I make CD by my computer. I like to see 'Facebook'. There is a lot of my American friends and I like to see their some pictures. I usually type little fast because I started to use when I was 11 year old. Using computers is kind of difficult to me but really useful. If we don't have computer, we can't get a good life. In some Internet site, there are not good information to children. Then the magic is failure. The teacher back to home and surprise and angry him. The boy regrets and be a good magician.

I got to know that people need some mistakes from this book. Nobody wouldn't perfect. So I will not afraid of making mistakes.

This story is by the Brothers Grimm. In this story, there are a beautiful lady, Anna, her father, the King, and so on. Anna's father wants her to get marry with the King and he lies that 'she can change gold from spin straw'. The King needs money so he promises, 'If she can really change, I will get marry with her'. So Anne has to make gold but of course she can not. However a little man came to her and he says, 'I will do that for you. So what will you give me if I spin that straw into gold?', and she gives him the her necklace. Next morning, there is a lot of gold. The King asks her to make gold more and more. Then the little man comes her again and again. Anne has to give something every time but last time, she has nothing to give, so the little man says, 'now, you have to promise that you will give your first born child to me', and she says 'yes'. However, her first child born, she doesn't want to give to him and he gives the chance that find his name until 3 days after. In the last of story, she finds his name and she doesn't give her child to him.

Anne really really really wants to a Queen, but I cannot understand why she wants to so. If the man asks me that give my child to him, I will say 'NO'.
I had never read 'The Brothers Grimm', but I really had a good time to read this story and I am interested in this book.(287/2829words)

My Cute Sweet Little Sisters and Brother

I really didn't like any animals because sometimes they scared me. However, I like cats or dogs now. Do you want to know why? I’ll tell you now.
I have been to the U.S.A. for 10 months as an exchange student when I was junior in Tamana Girls’ High School. I went to Clarinda, Iowa and I stayed in the Reiter’s. There are two kitties, Allie and Rosey, and one dog, Lowie. They were very charming.
Allie, fuzzy cat, is very old. If she were person, she would be 80 years old or more. She looks like small, white, and fuzzy, so we call her Fuzzy Cat. Her voice was so pretty. She really likes to sleep with my host mother. When my host mother, Allison goes to bed, Fuzzy Cat follows her every night. She loves her so much. Rosey, black cat, fight with Fuzzy Cat all the time. She is younger than Fuzz. She likes to sleep people. When I go to bed, she comes to my room sometimes and come in my blanket. She is very warm so she makes me relax. When she didn't come to my room, I was very sad and lonely. However, I really liked her. When I sit on the couch, she comes to sit on my knees and just sleep. I liked the time. I called her ‘Honey’ because she comes to me all the time. I loved her. Lowie, Allison picked up him, has short legs. He was lost on the high way and walking around. He was just a baby at the time. When he came to house, he had a sick, so we did take care of him. Some days later, he had been fine. He likes to run around and play toys or us.
I got to know that people need family, meaning not person but pet, because they make us relax and give us a lot of laugh. They make us happy. Now in Japan, I don’t have any pets but in my future, I would like to have cat or dog.(353/2542words)

I love to watch movies. If I have free time, I watch movie in my home. When I was in the U.S.A., I watched a lot of movies, like Disney's, Hollywood's, and so on. However my favorite movie is 'the Notebook'. I didn't know about the movie until I watch that one with my host sister, Beth. She, who was 15 years old when I went to there, loves the movie so much and watches many times. When she has time and nothing to do, she watches the movie. We watch that together all the time. She told me before we watch that 'there are some disgusting scenes, but I love this movie. This movie is most beautiful in my life forever'.
I can't understand what they are saying or what's going on, but I watched so many times with her and she explain every time. Now, I can understand and I love to watch the movie. I recommend to you to watch it.(261/2189words)

This is My Best Treasure

I was thinking about what I have treasure. I can't tell what is the most important to me because some things are really neat. However, I'll tell you just one thing, my treasure.
I have been to the U.S.A. when I was a high school student and I went to Clarinda High School, Iowa, as an exchange student for 10 months. I was worried about making friends in C.H.S. because I was very shy, coward, and retiring girl in Iowa and I couldn't understand what people speaking to me first time. Then some days spent and I got a lot of friends in C.H.S. and they were very kind to me. Then in Home Coming Week, which is an event of America, we have a day, scrawl day, and we could sign on our T-shirt. I didn't want to go to school that day because I though nobody gave to me the sign on my T-shirt. However, many friends wrote their names on mine and it made me so happy. Addition, some people asked me for giving my sign on their T-shits. Who did image that people be want to get my sign? I was glad that friends were interested at me and think that want to be friends with me.
I spend wonderful time at Clarinda, and my treasure is the signed T-shirt. It is on the wall in my room and next that there is a picture of my lovely softball team with their sign. When I see the two signed thing, it made me happy. I will not forget about them forever and I'll meet them again!!.(284/1928words)

Foreign Countries

I am interested in foreign countries since I was just 7 years old. I started to study English when I was only 3 years old and I knew other countries when I was 7. I liked to study English and speak to natives. I studied Korean in high school, Tamana Girls' High School. Learning unknown languages was not so easy to me but I really liked English class and Korean class. There were people, who are from other countries, like Canada, America, or Korea, all the time. I tried to conversation with them but in first time they couldn't understand me what I wanted to say. However they were trying to understand so it made me happy. My Lovely Classes

I take 14 classes in this semester. In not Writting class, other classes, I'm with Kana Nishikawa almost classes except Speaking 3 and Introduction of Christianity. Always together, Kana and I, and it seems like exciting, don't you think so? In my classes, I see people who are not my friend or never met before. I really not like to eat food so much but I like to eat snack very much. I eat 2 meals in a day. I usually don't eat breakfast. Lovely Golden Week

In my Lovely Golden week, I was going to go somewhere with my best friends, Akemi and Megumi, but we had a work during holidays so we couldn't do anything. I had a part-time job everyday, so when I got home after the job, I went to bed everyday. However, when we, Akemi, Megumi and I, have a day of off, we went to Arao port and just talking and singing loud. It was really fun to us. What is My Hobbies

I like to do many things and now I'm going to talk about my hobbies. I like to go somewhere with my best friends, Akemi and Megumi. I don't have license or car so they give me a ride every times. My new friend's vacation

In my Spring Vacation, I went to Fukui for attending the wedding of my cousin. Also I was bussy because of my part-time job. I had to go to my job all most everyday so I didn't study like my friends. My friends were studying hard during vacation. Yui, the cute, tiny, and smily girl, tried to read some books, which were writte in English. Also Ayaka did that too. I had read the book, which was written in English, but it was very difficult to understand for me, so I was respect them that they tried to read. I want to try to read the book which has long pages and written in English.



However, in Speaking class, I made a new friend. Whose name is Hirofumi. He is in different departmenta which is Higashi-Asia but he is taking the class with us.
He went to Mt.Aso in his spring vacation. Because of he is a member of Kumamoto Gakuen University's orchestra, which is called 'Green Fil Harmonic Orchestra', and went to there for practice.
I was forgetting about our school's orchestra, but now, I remember that I heard their playing in our ceremony of entrabce university. Addition, the playing was very good, cool, and beautiful. He plays the horn. I have never played the one but I want to try it someday.(230words)

No Music No Life

I love to listen to the music. Mostly I listen to the American or Japanese pop music. My favorite singers are Rihanna, Beyonce, and Avril. Also I like Exile, Katou Miliyah or Kumi Kouda. However, I like Jazz music too. When I was in America, there is a small Jazz Band and I liked to listen to their play. I used be liked Classic music but it made me sleepy so I don't listen anymore. My Spring Vacation

My spring vacation was hard, busy, lazy, but fun, good, and wonderful. I had a part-time job everyday. I work at 7-11, which is convenience store, in Tamana, Kumamoto. I wake up at 5a.m. every morning and I work to there every time. Also I had the wedding of my cousin in March. However, it was in Fukui so I took the train myself and it was first time. Letter for my Host Family

Hi, I am Saori Nakayama, and I’m going to be 20 years old this June. I like the U.S.A. very much so I study English. When I was 3 years old, I started to learn English. I have always dreamed of going to the U.S.A. some day. I am really interested in speaking English with English speakers. I speak to English teachers, who are from speaking English area, actively in my school. I can’t speak very well but they try to understand me and it’s made me want to study more and be able to speak well.
I went to Tamana Girls’ High School in Tamana, Kumamoto, and it has a sister school with Clarinda High School, Iowa. I thought that ‘it is a very good thing for me and I got a chance to go to the U.S.A.!!’ I started to study English very hard for being an exchange student everyday. When the school's teacher chose me to be that, I was really happy. In the summer 11th grade, I went to Clarinda. I learned a lot of things at there. I knew how wonderful American culture is. I know that I don’t know or learn American culture or everything but I went there and I like America even more.
I like playing basketball very much, so I played in junior high school. However, when I was in Iowa, I played it with Americans. I played in some games and it was very exciting, wonderful, and greatest experience for me.
I like to listen to the Beatles’s music, American pop music, and J-pop music.
I learned about Bible in America and I’m thinking about being a Christian in my future. I like to study Bible. If you are Christian, it would make me very happy, and I want you to teach me about it, and take me to the church please. If you’re not Christian, it’s doesn't matter for me, but please tell me what you believe.
Also I want you know about my wonderful country, Japan and Japanese, so please ask anything about my country.
I want to help Japanese students in the U.S.A. or want to teach Japanese to Americans, so if I can be a teacher in my future, I want to try it.
When I go to your home, I want to try anything and learn many things.

Good morning!?

Hola!! I just think that why we say 'Good Morning' in every morning. In other day's morning, it was raining, cloudy, or not sunny... It not 'Good' morning, don't you think so?
Any way, I had a part-time job this morning like 6a.m. to 9a.m (4/17). I slept at 6p.m. last night and got up at 1.a.m., so I did my home work and I was just waking and do nothing. If I slept that time maybe I couldn't wake up at 5 and couldn't go part-time job.
I really like my job. Because of my friends, manager, and regular customers. Evrymorning same people come to my convenience store, which is 7-11, and buy same article like cigarette, rice ball, or coffee. I talk to them every times. I remember their faces and they remember me. Some people say, 'this store is kind of weird because other store's staff don't talk to me', and I say, 'I just want to be a friend with you,' 'yea me too, and that why I come to this store and like it.' My store's manager likes to be a friend with them too, so we try to talk to them. I really enjoy to work at there. Please visit me sometimes!! (224words)
